• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Services and Platform Usage

ALWAYS11 provides a fantasy cricket platform where users can:

• Create virtual teams of real cricket players
• Participate in various contests with entry free
• Win prizes based on the performance of selected players in real matches
• Engage with other cricket enthusiasts

5. Contest Participation

When participating in contests on ALWAYS11:

• You must select players within the specified credit limit
• Team selections must be completed before the match deadline
• Points are awarded based on pre-defined scoring rules
• Contest results are final and binding
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify contests at our discretion

6. Payments and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on ALWAYS11 are governed by the following:

• Winnings are credited to your ALWAYS11 account after contest completion
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100
• We may require KYC verification for withdrawals above ₹10,000

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or engage in fraudulent activities
• Use automated scripts, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software

8. Intellectual Property

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALWAYS11 and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Platform, or a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
